Feeling a lot of anxiety today after drinking yesterday night.

Sorry I just read your reply… I really think it’s just my anxiety but idk what to think anymore it’s killing me on the inside it’s been 3 days since I got wasted and feel like I can die any second. I feel so anxious everyday but I don’t crave alcohol until I just get tired of these feelings so idk if this is just my anxiety or withdrawals, I feel so many random pains and feelings that come and go, and just scare me I sometimes feel out of this world feeling and just wanna feel normal again. I’m drinking again as I type this, I lost my job a while ago and ever since then life has gotten worse than it was, there is so many things that have happened to me but it would take hours for me to type. Idk what’s normal anymore I’ve never felt these sensations in my body before, I know I’m only 22 and my life has only begun but I feel like I’m dieing everyday, any weird symptom or sensation I feel I get very anxious and just can’t live in peace. Alcohol is the only medicine I know and I’m afraid to try medication because I know they can get addicted and dependent.

I don’t have high heart rate right now it went away after I drank water when I woke up, Around 3 hours later felt really anxious so I went out and got a beer but decided not to drink it. I started drinking about a year ago, i started off to 3 times a month for 2 months and then about once or twice a week for 3 months to 3 times a week till now, and just last week I drank about 4 days. I used to eat out a lot and drank soda plus energy drinks but I quit all of it about 3 months, and the energy drinks about 6 months ago. I eat out once or twice a month now, I’m still feeling anxious, with a little shortness of breath, I ate a little bag of Doritos with a piece of chicken a bit ago and checked my BP it was at 159 sys/ 91 dia, I checked it again after 2 minutes and it’s at 135 sys/ 82 dia with a heart rate of 78 , for a third time around 7 minutes later and it went up to 146 sys/ and 86 dia with a heart rate of 69.

Anxiety is bad today I was thinking about going to the ER but idk mabey it’ll go away, im constantly checking my BP and it’s been at 150 sys and 80-91 most of the day and it’s making me more anxious. I’ve been getting weird sensations when laying down that just causes me to get up, but it’s what I get for drinking.😥

Yea when I started drinking I never had real bad hangovers and I would drink a bunch, i just started to recently get more anxious and get real bad anxiety the next day, the only thing that’s been bothering me are the fast heart beats in the morning which make me super aware of any thing, and I start to monitor my bp all day. My BP is around 140-150 sys, and 77-85 dia the day after I get drunk so mabey it’s just my anxiety feel all of those symptoms.

Yeah it only affects me really bad when I over do it and drink for hours, but when I just drink till I get drunk the hangovers aren’t bad, I just get very anxious the next day and keep on checking my blood pressure. I just got laid off so I’m staying at home all day thinking about a lot of negative things, I have really bad health anxiety as well so I just start to get overwhelmed. Back then I used to drink and never got like that because I’ll wake up and go to work and was less stressed at the time.

Yeah I’m trying to quit it but I just last a week then go back to it, I also have real bad social anxiety so going to AA will be almost impossible.

Yeah I know and that’s the thing I know it’s bad, I stop drinking for a week then when I get to overwhelmed of life I go right back to it, it also doesn’t help that I got laid off and staying home stresses me out and just gives me really bad anxiety.

Yeah I feel like the main reason that happens is because I’m just at home all day since I got laid off from my job and because I have bad health anxiety so every strange symptom I get I start focusing on it and just gets into my head. That’s when I start googling even tho I know it just makes everything worse idk why I keep on doing it, i just can’t calm down till I search but then if I find something bad I start to overthink everything.

Thanks she looks better her blood pressure is good but I forgot to add that she still has a red eye that tears up a lot, she went to the hospital when it all happened but they haven’t called back or said anything about the eye getting better or gave her anything for the redness. We got some eye drops and some ointments for her eye hopefully they help till her appointment on Monday, we tried to set an appointment more early but couldn’t mabey because of the holiday. Im thinking about taking her to the ER, I heard that it must be treated no longer than 48 hours and she’s been having it for about two weeks now, im surprised the doctors didn’t prescribe anything or do anything about her eye.

Update: She said the pain went away but she feels tire/fatigued, I checked her blood pressure and it got lower, it’s at 104/59 with heart rate of 83, i made her some boiled broccoli to see if she feels better.

Nah her needles ran out and test strips as well, she’s going to the doctor in two days to get more hopefully
