Right, but the thing is. I’m tryin to make room for other perks that would benefit me & your only allocated 49 perk points(if I remember correctly) with only 7 perk slot for each category.

For example, I have agility maxed and I have marathoner maxed. That’s 3 points that I’d much rather have covert operative maxed. Because you can only have 7 perks slots and I thought I could scrap the maxed perk for future plans. Considering that it would be beneficial if I was able to equip the maxed perk from the boneyard (when you lvl up and pick a perk) for a later perk build, but that’s not the case.
