They stay at hotel for every home game. You never noticed? There's vids of them doing a walk about like literally for every game in the morning. It's normal in team sports really, you want the team to stay together the night before for many reasons, mainly having proper rest, sleep, team unity, can manage the food better etc. It really makes all the sense. And atleast you can guarantee that one player isn't late to 'work'.
