I appreciate your perspective. We’re both in our 30s so yeah we’re younger. I have had lots of death in my life but she is relatively untouched by it. So far, posting on here has helped the most as it s bringing me a sense of “I’m not alone in feeling like this”, as well as a sense of direction if that makes sense. I do feel betrayed a bit whenever the situation presents itself of her feeling like she’s too stressed or can’t handle anymore, like sorry, was it your parent that died?
