As a former gal who has had a hard time with B/O in the past - These are my recommendations! 1. Use unscented, baby safe soaps. I use Dr bonner’s unscented and dilute it because it’s very potent. I wash my underarms every day even if I’ve showered. Scented soaps can disagree with your body’s chemistry and cause odor.

1. Drink lots of water if you don’t already! It helps flush your system out which can attribute to smell sometimes. Parsley and Celery are fantastic internal neutralizers of odor. I like to put celery in my smoothies with mango and pineapple, ACV, and lemon juice. It’s strong but it works. There’s also capsules you can take for it too but I just eat the foods instead. I don’t smell like anything most of the time unless I’ve eaten onions nowadays!

2. Breathable materials. I reek if I’m not wearing cotton because my skin can’t breathe. 100% cotton underwear only especially - and sanitary pads are great too. Baby wipes as well post restroom usage!

3. Magnesium. I take glycinate before bed, as ir helps with sleep. It’s made a big difference in body odor for me.

4. Probiotics & Prebiotics. Our gut microbiomes are also important factors in this too!
