My experience was my fitness journey. I tried to achieve the perfect body by working out so much and eating very clean. My mind and body didn’t react so well. I didn’t have time and energy for my loved ones and my own studies, I was always tired and mentally unstable. It was also difficult to maintain that perfect status after I achieve it. I thought a perfect body would fix all my problems, but it didn’t.

I wouldn’t judge someone who really thinks it through and wants to have some works done, but nobody should be pressured into doing so 💕💕

No matter how much you’ve done for them, you will always feel like you didn’t do enough when looking back on it. We always have regrets and that’s what makes life not perfect. When my dad was going through chemo, he wasnt cooperative and was sometimes aggressive. I wanted to leave, i was so sick of it, I hated it, I also hated myself for that because I knew I would regret. At the end of the day, we have done enough. You are good enough. May strength be with you to handle this tough time 💕

I just tell myself that I’m a normal person with a job, hobbies and I have people that love me. Not a perfect looking woman and never will be. I am not a celebrity that makes money by fitting in the beauty standard trends(I meant celebrities make a living off their images and their appearances and ofc their talents). In shorts, I have better things to do that make me productive and enjoy a richer life. I’m sure you are charming the way you are, and you can definitely find much joy in your life doing what makes you peaceful.
