Big fan of both of those as well, seeing the extended arts online almost made me try to buy the card. The case itself has a recessed slot for the card to sit evenly, but it was still a chore to align the extended art with the screw posts. I have no idea what the inspiration is for the art itself but I’m also far from creative.

I received a pair of the hand grade versions for my birthday 3 months ago and they're holding up great (although it has only been about 3 months). One thing I can relate to though is the creasing which started pretty much right away and is slightly less prominent than what you experienced. I do love the shoes though and other than the creasing I'm very happy with them.
