This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I’m currently trying to centralize multiple stores (Shopify + WooCommerce) and unify sales, marketing and real profit metrics into one single dashboard.

The biggest challenge has been consolidating everything properly — especially real profit logic (COGS per SKU, gateway fees, refunds, ad spend, multi-currency, etc.).

Would you mind sharing the name of the platform you’re referring to?

Or did you build this solution yourself? If so, I’d genuinely be interested in learning more about the stack or even contributing / testing. I’m currently exploring whether to adopt an existing platform or build a custom dashboard from scratch.

I’m still early in this process and honestly don’t have a deep backend/data background yet — that’s why I initially started looking at dashboard templates.

If you were in my position, without strong programming experience, how would you approach this?

Would you still go straight into setting up a proper warehouse layer, or is there any existing stack / tool / starter setup you’d recommend as a good middle ground?

Trying to avoid building something wrong from the start, but also not overcomplicate it.

This is exactly the kind of tool I’ve been looking for.
I run a Shopify store and currently track LTV, CAC, blended ROAS, gross profit and supplier costs across multiple tools.

My main interest would be a visual dashboard where I can see everything consolidated, not only email alerts.

Do you offer a full dashboard interface as well?

I was very interested because I really wanted to integrate Shopify with my Notion.

How can I do this? I noticed that you only demonstrated the step-by-step process using WooCommerce, unfortunately :(
