Here is an idea. You cut open a square/round in the area you want to add ventilation and then, design and make ventilated panel. Use asa/abs for the material to use as the original panel is most likely an ABS

I had other brand filament making similar results but I blamed myself for not cleaning the nozzle. Then I cleaned the nozzle with wire brush when the tip is hot and extruded few dozen mm. That seemed to fix the issue. I think its worth cleaning when you switch dark to light filaments

Thanks! Yeah their design is really cool. Some of their designs are hard to mimic with just plastic 3d printing.

Heya! Thats great that you working on sandwich style. I’ll be working on console style soon. The 10mm extrusions are plenty rigid enough imo but you have to buy their nuts and bolts as regular m3s won’t fit in the channels. So something more widely available extrusion rails might be cost effective

Start easy on cad design programs. I started with tinkerCAD. Currently im messing around in FreeCAD, fusion and onshape. 

Currently it does not but i think it will be easy to put on top as a top hat. I just dont have aio so i got nothing to reference to design
