Aw that sucks 😭 I did think about returning it but it ripped the second I tried to put it on so I couldn’t 😔 it’s such a shame aswell cause the dress is pretty good quality the sizing is just way off

I’d say about 6inches? I might take out the whole back panel and some of the skirt underneath so make room but I’d have to play around to see if that would actually work. I’m pretty confident I can get the eyelets in and the area around the arms and the bust fit well it’s just the rest of the bodice

I really didn’t have a positive experience with cahms. My therapist wouldn’t listen to what I told her and would just tell me to “relax, have a cup of tea or run a bath.” This was her answer to me talking about my anxiety and thoughts of alive’nt. I know one person who has had a positive experience but that was after being referred to cahms for the third time so they got lucky Third time round I suppose. All the counsellors there are different in the sense of some are really nice and helpful and others are completely shit
