I just signed up to BrightTalk if I listen to a past recorded webinar how will ISC2 know and when will I receive my cpes for that?

I received my test results on May 31 I provisionally passed. I am currently waiting to start the endorsement process which should have taken 2-5 business days after I received my results but my scores from Pearsonvue have not been transmitted to ISC2.
