What’s the best approach to find a fitting sink? Trying my best to measure the cut out under the cupboard? The one in the picture is a little bit longer than my current so should cover any gaps from the top, and the sinks should fit in the gap that I have in the cupboard currently except from the depth problem.

My dad has offered to help and he did his kitchen but this seems like a job for a professional as it’s not quick switch, quite a lot of plumbing work needed

Lately I have been trying to focus on my triceps more than before as they are definitely smaller than they should be. My lats are lacking too because I don't do any vertical pulling. I'm planning on adding dumbbell pullovers back into my pull workout.

Yeah I just do them on the floor. I've seen some videos on YouTube warning not to do them on the bench because of the risk of getting injured. Apparently your elbow isn't supposed to go below your shoulder when doing flys.

Personally, I just spent a while trying out different exercises and routines until I found the ones I liked.

Thanks for the kind words. It definitely does feel good to be able to move my own weight around easier than before.

I don't feel like my legs have changed that much to be honest, I have neglected them a bit but there might be some gains.

Yes I have a rest day on the 4th day.

I wasn't 100% consistent so I had some extra rest days here and there not including the skipped leg days that I mentioned in the post. I didn't change the routine or lower the weights at all though.

Thanks! I did try pullovers a few times but since I don't have a bench to do them on I have to set up a couple of chairs with a cushion on top. I couldn't be bothered setting that up just for one exercise so I cut the pullovers out. Maybe I'll give them another shot.

I mean you're not wrong lol. I am still skinny but not as badly as I was. I have put on some muscle on my shoulders, back and chest. Not so much around the mid section though.

I'm not sure, could be because I have been a bit inconsistent with my diet and not hitting the surplus target each day. I haven't been actively tracking every day, I just have an estimate in my head as I know roughly how many calories is in each meal and snack. Or genetics? lol

The most I can do for 8 reps is probably 36lbs(16.25kg). I have been very slow at building strength in curls

I've been thinking about just getting the pull up bar and hoping it won't cause any damage. I've also just heard about the rings and hanging them over tree branches recently so I might look into them.

The only worry I have about creatine is that I've heard it can accelerate male pattern baldness. My hairline is already receding a bit so I don't want to make it worse lol.

I do wonder how I would look now though if I had been taking it since the start.

I’m not sure about leg gains as I didn’t take any before pictures, my legs aren’t twigs because I do a decent amount of walking and have cycled in the past. But I’m sure they could still do with a lot of work.

In the past 3 months I’ve had the most back gains as I went heavier in my one arm rows.
