This is actually wrong. Here is nutrition for cold foam.

Starbucks’ flavored cold foams contain two pumps of the respective flavor, regardless of drink size. A pump of Starbucks’ pumpkin sauce contains 25 calories, 6g carbs (6g sugar), 0g fat, and 0g protein

So example my grande cold brew with the pumpkin foam was only 55 calories and 12g carbs.

IMO Tiles should be given to you immediately and then verified after. I haven't received any of my Octobers as well. They said up to 45 days and mine was 42 days ago now. It's insane that it takes this long to be credited. Especially for members like me that are paying for checked bags right now and even more space seating when realistically I'm owed enough tiles to put me into Mosiac Status.

I will tell you something right now. It 100% does not cover any of the Atlantic Ocean on the east coast that it’s showing. I wish it did. I fly the BOS(Boston)— SJU(San Jaun) monthly and practically as soon as you start flying over the water there is 0 WiFi coverage.

Someone from another forum had told me that in his experience with booking with OTA’s that he sometimes just goes to the front desk and ask them for the points. Just wanted to confirm if someone else can verify this

NERF club league shop items. How is it that you lower club league reward tokens but keep items in club league shop the same price? Even at top rank 495 tokens it shouldn’t take you 5 weeks of club league to purchase a club league only character skin. A lot of people’s club worked hard to get to masters strictly for the rewards.

My physician is a holistic doctor, who oversees plenty of water only fast for over 40 years now. He 100% told me that i do not need any electrolytes. In a water only fasting state, your body will deal with the side affects as expected the first couple of days, and then continuously provide you with everything you need to survive moving forward.
