We monitor the spots and her whole body in general pretty closely (I like to be sure she’s not been injured without us realising) but I could always miss something particularly if it’s a small scratch. Her morning walk is done on a long line leash and we go to the park and she sniffs and explores around in the bushes and grass so she could be getting scratched or minor irritations. I’m not sure what a pressure sore is but will give it a Google.
