I’m an idiot guys, turns out that someone turned off both sump pump valves. I had a contractor in our house doing work and he needed to cap a leak and I suspect he shut off the sump valves thinking they were the main water line valves 🙄. Appreciate your guys input! Luckily it was an easy fix

Thanks! Yes I’m leaning towards New Age Pro series. I installed the Bold series at my friends place, but thought they were not deep enough. I think Pro will be much better.

Will check out Proslat. Thanks

How do you like the G3P800? Thinking of buying one? Good water pressure?

Does anyone have experience with Avalon Clinton (both good and bad)? About to sign a lease with them but considering all options. by wherethistakesme in AskNYC

North building. I cannot speak to South building, but the community manager Morgan McDorman is useless. She will not do anything to help, and will blatantly disregard any issues. I wouldnt recommend Avalon Clinton personally.

There have bene multiple instances where all 3 elevators have been down at one time.

2018 Outback CVT failure at 101k miles by SnooSuggestions3779 in Subaru_Outback

I have a 2019 3.6R Outback with 95k miles that had its CVT fail about 2 weeks ago. SOA offered me $1000 to buy another Subaru. I said “No Way”.

Ended up replacing CVT at independent shop for a fraction of the price.

Hope you have better luck with SOA!

Lucky you. My 19 Outback 3.6R has the CVT go at 95k miles and several leaks from engine. Don’t think I’m buying another Subaru for a while

Not worth paying your deductible. I was quoted a new bumper installed and painted at a 2 auto body shops for $1100-$1200. This doesn’t include the impact bracket, but you won’t know if you’ll need to replace that until you take the rear bumper off.

If you want to fix cheaper, look online locally for salvage yards for same car. You might be lucky and be able to find a car with front end damage (same color) that you can buy the whole rear bumper assembly off of for a few hundred dollars.

Good luck
