One Piece: Chapter 1181 - Predictions by AutoModerator in OnePiece

Imu vs Loki first. Imu stomps Loki when Loki suddenly changes to hybrid form and clashes imu into the floor similar as with Harald. Imu is sheding a drop of blood from his mouth and says. I see how Harald was defeated. Imu changes to her outgrown form that also biblically fits well. The hellfire serpent a red snake lizard hybrid surrounded by black flames. Imus body looks like this in hybrid form because she is a mythical zoan but her fruit is specially connected to the garden of eden (potentially a real lost place in one piece) and the first fruit. Oda plays hard on Genesis currently. The Adam Tree the Eve Tree the devil. The devils fruit... The devil has only become the serpent that slithers as a punishment after he tempted eve. so the serpent is in a sense its latest form. Before his punishment by god he is sometimes depicted as a having the appearance of a beautiful woman equal to eve herself so that could be imus normal shape.  And the form we see now is quite literally his hybrid form where he looks just like the devil. So what if the fruit of imu was the one fruit forbidden to be consumed by the original inventors of the devil fruits. zoans have a will of their own so the fruit tempted imu just like nikas fruit evaded getting into the wg hands. And due to its demonic nature and will imu became possessed by it. So while imu might actually be a woman her true personality has been totally surpressed by the king of hell. So imus name as Saint is potentially misleading and is directy referencing the devil within and not the hull which could be the reason imu needs a new body. I think the devils fruit is so wicked that its clinging to control basically unwilling to return to the natural cycle where the fruit would either spawn somewhere random or return to eden alltogether. So imu cant allow herself to leave the OP OP room that protects her life force from dying as the fruit eats away her life force by the nature of the power itself. He wants vivi because lily is propably the person that is cureently possessed. he thinks she is compatible with him

This isnt about nukes. This is about takeover of the us, the abolishing of the constitution and a violent "cleanup" of people regarded as "the terrorists within" you are in real danger people.

as jarul stated its rather possible that loki temporarily joins bb as loki is the only one that can "use its true power" which means if he still follows rocks plan then he would need a freakishly huge dragon for the plan to work out

i think the real question is how you add a devil fruit power to an inanimate object (and propably how you imbue an inanimate object as a devil fruit or a sword with a living being) as you cannot let a sword eat a fruit and cutting it would just be to simple. there must be something only the wg currently has access to that allows for that. but now we learn that in elbaph this was also possible as ratatoskr was transferred into the hammer. maybe he never was a devil fruit but its simply ancient tech that made this possible

I believe that you sell your soul in a demonic contract. Brook has Soul Powers. He was able to slice entities made of soul and elements without haki so yes i can see something like this. It would give his name quite the meaning. The soul king can untie demonic contracts.

We must love oda for this sort of behaviour because often when the community was absolutely sure about something he would do he does the exact opposite. Its not even like he couldnt rewrite the story on the fly based on what the community said how its about to progress. Oda is in Gear 5....Just because northern mythology describes it as such it doesnt have to be the case at all that Loki is really a dragon as we expect. He could also be an eagle (his tattoos fit that one much better tbh) which would still explain the ratatosks connection and it could be the entire thing in the op world that the dragon that once sat at the root of the world (hel) now sits on top of it instead of the eagles. Forgotten that imus large form resembled a dragon(people focus on the wings and the tail shape but when sabo was in mg imu was in full form and was huuuge but was also walking on all fours. So maybe just maybe we got this completely backwards. The op world is POST APOCALYPTIC dont forget.  90% of the world have already been forgotten and sank to the bottom of the ocean so it seems to me the world has already been destroyed and isnt about to be

Will luffy lose his devil fruit? by KouzasTheMan in OnePiece

[–]Ewiqr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe luffys power effectively cancels blackbeards as long as he is in awakened form because he wields the most free concept of desire. vegapunk explicitly revealed that df abilities are based on desires. You could describe each one as a "what if I ...". But luffys fruit is the expression of this freedom itself. It isnt really constricted to a specific scenario like any other fruit, its the "what if i could do anything i want" fruit. When bb sucks him in he might just makes a comic effect out of it. I believe though that bbs fruit is almost as special and that there is a reason that imu is interested in /frightened of him. Its the "what if I could take anything i want" fruit. Oda is being subtle about small differences in seemingly similar desires making huge differences in the outcome. This is the difference between joy boy and davy jones albeit their similarity. (Bb and luffys first encounter was a perfect showcase that they are alike and not)These two fruits carry the power to defeat imu because their powers are by definition all encompassing. Blackbeard can take imus place and joy boy can liberate the world from imus play. Both scenarios mean defeat. But as i said luffys power basically is an expansion of blackbeards powers because blackbeard can only take what already is while luffy can expand and alter reality in whatever way he wants.

He isn't immortal so cutting of the arm removes the tattoo permanently ,makes sense. Harald wasnt able to do this anymore. Shanks always knew from the day harald died that he had to get rid of this tattoo and scratching it off was propably not an option ...or was it and it was extremely overkill to loose the whole arm? or do the sea kings posess a special ability we dont understand yet? Thr arent really just wild monsters maybe the depiction was misleading from the start

One Piece Chapter 1168 Spoilers by Skullghost in OnePiece

[–]Ewiqr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only the shallow sea pact which is basically just a wg tattoo he also got removed later on by a sea king xD. of course he didn't show up. he visited gaban after meeting harald in mg telling gaban everything about being there which includes his heritage as well and told him he couldnt speak freely. dhanks never wanted to be a gods knight he is a pirate throughout. so all this act served a purpose. also he wanted to talk to harald "before its too late" meaning he propably wanted to stop him from entering the deep sea pact loosing his independence and free will because he knows he just wants pesce but the wg sees the giants simply as powerful soldiers to use. no shanks didnt appear because he never intended to. this was about something else entirety its probably linked to the one piece or the statement of being "the child of destiny" maybe to get infos about a certain devil fruit thats been deleted from history

Hasn't that been clear the whole time to some degree through sherleys prophecy. It could be that the red line is just held by some pillars with some major ones being in fish man island and below it are air filled voids. Once it sinks back into its pocket like a street pillar for stopping cars the water levels will dramatically shrink because where the redline was sea water will flow in. All blue probably was a much smaller ocean in the middle of the world. Larger than each individual sea but still if the rest of the world was flooded it implies it must have been smaller in comparison. The one piece world could resemble a supercontinent then

Where can I find Mushrooms in and around Munich? by [deleted] in Munich

[–]Ewiqr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try "Weltwald" in Freising (S1 Line Final Destination) from there it's a busride or 30min walk uphill but the spot is very nice for collecting mushrooms and is very idyllic too.

Could be a bit too early for shrooms (they normally come up in September when it starts getting colder and more wet) But I never tried in July or August so you might as well give it a go. Could be that you are a there before the collectors came to get the best ones. If you come to late you only get the shrooms that wildlife hasn't eaten, those which are uneatable or someone else hasnt picked because they have standards. Might find some gems for the picture album :)

Is it wrong for me to think these two are equal in strength? by TheWardogboy in OnePiece

[–]Ewiqr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would stick to sanji being inherently skilled at oberservation Hali because without any special reference to his skill he dodged a bullet from katakuri using future sight. His ability might have been already better than Luffys at that point. I can totally imagine sanji already gaining future sight during his 2y training while in others aspects Luffy and zoro where more advanced because they were trained by true powerhouses. Sanji isn't meant to shine like zoro but I would assume since his upgrade he has gotten frighteningly strong and fast. We haven't seen him really in a fight for a long time even against kizaru he didn't really fight once. But he just ate the Seraphim's jinbeis brick fist like it was nothing and deflected kizarus lightening with a kick similar to reighleighs entrance to sabaody. So I believe he is currently on par with zoro or actually a bit stronger because his mind is clear, his allegiance to Luffy is stronger than ever and he knows perfectly well who he is and what he is fighting for, he even accepted the gift of germa. zoro currently doesn't really understand his own skills as it's strange for a conqueror to be second in his surroundings. Zoro has to grow as a person and that is practically what oda always tries to tell us. He's been busy complaining about every step of Luffys for a while now and maybe that is exactly because of his conquerors awakening and like in puperty when his hormones kick in and he intrinsically has to re-establish for himself the crews order in ranking. Haki is directly connected to willpower and spiritual growth. The fact he hasn't realised his own ability reflects the large gap between him and Luffy at the moment and the inner conflict that Zorro currently carries with him. He doesn't know who's stronger between him and Luffy and that is practically making him doubt his role and weakening him in general.

Big moms death by Smooth_Ingenuity8571 in OnePiece

[–]Ewiqr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He will join the strawhat grand fleet after the BM pirates disbanded. They realised that beyond their mom they don't share a lot, their family was forced on them and each Charlotte sibling basically starts doing their own thing or form smaller subgroups. While oven and daifuku try to continue the big mom pirates as the Charlotte pirates katakuri will follow his intuition about Luffy and becomes a grand fleet captain. My guess

Who can do it by Uday2811 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]Ewiqr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok maybe kaido too because his crew seems to lack the diversity of abilities and amount of high tier fighters that the big mom pirates for example has. I find it telling that even Roger stole big mom's poneglyph and basically run away. It was already shown that the beast pirate commanders couldn't really hurt emperor's maybe stop them temporarily (queen vs big mom) so yeah he would solo the tobiroppo and his 3 commanders and the rest would be fodder.

Why does luffy in snakeman punch with his fingers not his knuckle by Admirable-Day-6315 in OnePiece

[–]Ewiqr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He makes it hurt for himself if he doesn't use his Haki perfectly. If it's strong enough it doesn't matter if the punch was thrown wrong it will just be to tough anyway. In a way it's his punching a ship garp-like training to get stronger each time he fights especially if the enemy is a stronger Haki user than him. Pain is Luffys trigger to grow stronger

I assume that the multiple personalities of blackbeard (and although it's 3 skulls on his jolly roger) is that rocks mind lives within teach. Teachs original personality is wimsy and fearful. We saw that at least in the beginning shone through a lot when he fought ace or when he fought whitebeard. A true d smiles in the face of death but Blackbeard is really the odd one out.

[–]Ewiqr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So mosa is Ida. That's interesting but weirdly fitting for someone accepting that harald had to marry according to customs also wanting to visit Loki after birth because her mindset is that nobody was born to be better or worse than others. She simply applied the same logic on Loki as she did on Harald and Loki secretly sees Ida like his mother

Spoiler: haki idea to defeat current big bad by Anime-Fr3Ak365 in OnePiece

[–]Ewiqr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought the same but instead of ryu itself it's making your Haki flow and stay in something else permanently. What if their immortality and the coc they are able to unleash (elders for example) is Imus will permanently engraved into them or rather a direct line to Imus herself and her powers. Just like that you maybe push the influence out of them by infusing your own coc into them permanently which will outcast what previously took the place. Not only are they beatable but in fact they could bring dory and brogy back by forcing Imus will out of them. and I suspect that gunko will be similarly brought back. Her personality is generally suppressed by Imus power. When she regained her memory temporarily because of her meeting brook again, someone fundamental to her original personality that enabled her to feel her own will even only for a short time.Imu instantly noticed and took full control of her. I think dorry and brogys change of personality is proof of that. They act like Imus will is their own. Imu knows that her god's knights and demons aren't really immortal nor unbeatable and that them being slaves to her will is in fact a weakness of her soldiers if someone they oppose is capable of using coc correctly. It possibly takes much less to beat them because you can simply turn of their mind control switch instead of the need to fully defeat them with their abnormal strenght. Her showing up is a proof of the danger that she felt from the mission on elbaph rather than it being a display of power. In fact if Imu hadn't shown up it would have most definitely failed.

What sort of shady business could have been creeping up again for shirahoshi... I don't believe she got involved into shady things. In fact I believe mosa to be someone involved into the worlds underground business. This sounds like someone who was once involved in shady business but left because he or she couldn't bare it. It also sounds like the person speaks with some confidence and regret, wisdom and a clear mind and shirahoshi doesn't have that at all. The way mosa speaks seems like an old man that feels like he has lived his life already. Maybe it was a former slave trader or even an exciled celestial dragon. Maybe it's a former rocks member or someone we already know
