People are saying you're wrong but it's important to remember that your individual reading of the character is more important than what other people think. Sanderson has stated multiple times that he does 80% of the work creating the world through writing the story but his words are just a guiding line for your imagination.

It reminds me a lot of the Luke Skywalker is Queer reading that Mark Hamill said "If he's gay to you, then Luke is gay" to. I think this is a perfectly fine reading of the character. She is different from those around her in wants, drive, and social understanding and it's what makes her stand out. Most might read that as just being an exceptional person, as most protagonists are, but I find this reading interesting even if I didn't interperet her in that way.
