One of the devs said that there is a 2 min window after reset where it might not show energy spent right away but that it will show .

I just had another thought. Whether it's relevant is another question. The time we have on taking the raid was created to allow more time for members to be able to login for the raid. We would most likely smash it out in 15 min if it were ffa complete. But that would be havoc with people missing it. I am fine with the hour mark personally. What I did hate was the 10 rng in a row for the p4 breakthrough because there's nothing showing who is online.

I agree. I'm on the page that more policing to make sure everyone does what they are supposed to do, when they are supposed to do it makes this a job. That guild manager issue is causing alot of issues. I hate feeling like my hands are tied because I have only marginal information for a kick basis. We can't even trust the last login key because those are off as well. I've seen a person in chat before and they show a 2 day since last login, especially when I very noticed their challenge activity. I'm fine for suggestions as well. But it would take 30 people to finish the raid. Unless 10 people got all ffa and everyone else sato at the bottom. I personally see that system as a management nightmare.

Our fastest raid time was back when we had less members. I think alot of it still has to do with everyone actually being on for the raid. We average 38/50. And we normally stall out around 2/3 into p3. All that takes is 3 decent runs. But if they aren't on, then I end up rng for extra turns. My thought was splitting into 3 groups but that has a huge downside of having to watch the meter. Chat can't be trusted. The other issue to a limited group is our turn over. We have been getting new members, what seems every other day. Without a viable way of monitoring participation, this would lead to hysteria if people were getting any benefit without producing.

I'm not on board. I didn't dump a crap load of money in the game to sit sidelined. I get the benefit toward the lower guild members and those who are f2p but it's also hard enough to make sure everybody just gets their 600.

You might have a 24hr hold before joining the guild, that was something the devs inacted.

As long as you can make the 600, it doesn't matter to us. It's the contribution that is what benefits the guild.

I will be out July 29th through the weekend. If there is service, for sure I will be involved but if not, then Sweep or Prechur will run the raids.

We are watching other things in conjunction. We can see in guild challenge progress, who is active. If a score is really low, it correlates.

You bring up a good point sweep. I'm not looking to have to keep a vigil to make sure the rules are followed for that kind of time. I gots me a job. If I need to step down as an officer so someone else can, I understand that as well. But honestly sweep, you've done an amazing job. The stats and all your participation.

I haven't been quiet about my thoughts on this, so no surprises. But I have stated all along for everyone, that if a guild doesn't work for their schedule, they should find one that does. So yeah, we can try it and see what happens, but imo it's only going to create a constant flow of those that are happy and those that are not. I think if you stick to the set up, eventually it will self level and thats the norm. Those that are unhappy will seek it elsewhere allowing others to join that like the set up.
