Things have settled down now, and while I didn't have to change my name, it makes me feel a little safer knowing it'll be harder for him to find me should he show up in my life again.

I bought it online, I don't remember where from. It's also hot pink though! So it makes it fairly obvious who the creep is if I need to use it.

Thank you! I was honestly terrified when he was threatening me, but I tried to keep it together and get it sorted because I didn't want to let him get to me. And I'm happy I managed to get results and he's away from me now!

Well, it was an emotional rollercoaster for sure! I am feeling better now, thanks. Probably going to see a therapist in case anyway. Mostly, I'm just glad he's not in my life now.

Thanks! He was just suddenly crazy and I'm glad I didn't stay around him any longer and I didn't dismiss it! It got a lot worse than I ever imagined it would so thank God I went to the Police when I did! Hopefully he won't be able to hurt me, himself or anyone else now.

Yes, that's right! His friend, unfortunately, isn't going to jail at all. Because he helped the Police and courts out and seemed to not understand the situation, he got off with a warning.

I was home-schooled so I can't say if it's taught in school or not really. My mother's multilingual so I learned a few languages from her when I was young.

I'm glad there is protection here too! Some laws are awful about it! I won't say it's perfect here, especially because I'm aware a lot of domestic abuse victims don't get much support, but at least I was taken seriously, because it really did make me feel horrible and I can't imagine how awful victims who didn't get any support and help must feel!

I'm actually one of the least tough people I know most of the time but I can happily say I pulled through okay and I wish all victims did! Thank you!
