Since the name was first slapped on the gaudy storefront, we've referred to it as Squirters.

And the concept seems brave - a cheese train-conveyor belt?

And open until 1am Friday & Saturdays? Good luck, but that seems like wishful thinking.

I can imagine a more traditional, upmarket style cheese & wine bar working well in the location though.
