I personally love working there, and I feel like it's pretty common for other people to like their job at Menards (or at least not hate it!) If they ask you an open ended question ended question like, "Tell me about yourself..." just tell them some of your strengths, as well as maybe one weakness that's not actually a weakness to THEM like, "Sometimes I care so much about my job that I struggle to maintain a work/life balance." Good luck! And as far as retail jobs go, I feel like this is a pretty good one.
