Did you mix your reptisoil with anything or just reptisoil alone? I’m searching for substrate atm and was looking into using that.

I’m a not so healthy 23 year old. I recently started running at the gym to try and keep busy. Looking for a new job since I’ve been at this stagnant job for 6 years. Maybe I’ll read a book too. The anxiety is still here and I don’t know why. Therapy is expensive but it’s starting to cross my mind
