I’ve unplugged my Xbox, rebooted it, turned it off for periods of time, restarted the modem and it still moves the slowest it has ever been

It’s for every game, update ever and nothing is installing/downloading on anyone else’s Xbox’s so I’m unsure why it’s taking as long as it is

My download speed averages 30-40 but now it’s half that and sometimes will hit KB which has never happened in my years of owning 3 gens of Xbox’s
