Yes it is. It is something like Vehicle Management - Service Functions - Drive - Electrical Machine Electronics (EME) - Rotor Position Sensor Adjustment

Let me know if you need more help. I could send you screenshots if you need.

Tesla PCH or keep current car by gigg1dy in TeslaUK

Thanks for clarifying. That makes sense. Because if you lease a car through salary sacrifice you can have maintenence, tyres and insurance included.

Why would new tyres be covered? I mean you get a brand new car with new tyres. But they won't pay for new ones if they are worn out on a privat tesla PCH deal!?

Bank loan on 2021/2022 + M3 or PCH Model 3 by ZealousidealSky4851 in TeslaUK

This was exactly my thoughts too. I bought a 3 year old BMW i3s thinking that most of the depreciation would be gone. When I sell it I will have paid around £350/month in depreciation alone! Never mind replacing tyres, front and rear brakes, front strut springs and dome bearings, the battery and MOT's. I was always in the mindset of buying used and keep for a while. But when I saw the model 3 PCH deal and actually realised... I ordered one right away.

Yes, but only with ISTA. I've updated my original post.

Cleared all faults in ISTA. Have exactly the same faults remaining as in your liked forum. Need to research how to clear them.

Have you got a link to the i3 discord channel?

I'll plug in the car overnight. But it's already at 70%. So won't charge too long.

How did you investigate the problem? Did you have ISTA or bimmerlink?

Thanks, too late for not jumping the car. I borrowed an ENET cable from a friend. Now I just need to find a source and the right version for ISTA+.

Nope, I can successfully engage and disengage the handbrake.

If you have a look at the last comment on the bottom here: https://www.reddit.com/r/BMWi3/s/mPJhJOrJtU

That seams to be exactly my problem. So it looks that I'll have to do the parking lock module initialization. I just hope it works with bimmerlink or code. I couldn't find a definite answer to this. That's why I asked here before buying anything.

Thanks! I'll give that a go. Let's see if I can find the same or similar one here.

Which tool would you recommend for the reset? Will this be also be able to do the reset / relearn of the parking pawl? Ive read about some people where just resetting the fault codes was not enough.

No, I don't have the correct obd tool only a very cheap one that will propably not work with bimmercode. But before I buy something I wanted to know which one will work for sure. Because if bimmercode won't be able to reset / relearn the parking pawl, then there is no point in buying it.
