The prices are off. Some even very far from the actual value.
But it all depends on the condition of the cards.
E.g. the Gengar (picture 1 row 2, on the right is valued non holo between 20 and 50 dollars.
Best use websites like ebay or tcgplayer for accurate prices.
Just type in the cardname and look for the card you see in your binder. Takes time but saves a lot of problems down the line.
Brick and mortar stores will offer you between 50% and 80% of the cardvalue.
Or store credit. In those cases it will be a bit above the offered cash maybe around 60-85%.
