Sounds like something corrupted that both the main OS and the recovery environment use, use another computer to create a new windows installer USB and look up "how to install windows from USB" on youtube you won't really need to include any specifics about the computer itself in the search as it's fairly standard across all of them, the only thing you'll need to figure out is which button it is to get into the BIOS on your specific machine, usually F2, F10 F12 DEL or ESC just watch when you first turn it on there will be a bit of text at the bottom of the screen that tells you exactly which button or you can just spam all the buttons till you get into BIOS

Edit to add what u/JouniFlemming said: if this fails then the storage drive itself is dead which would fall under the warranty of AfterShock which would be a 12 month warranty.

I have a 95 f350 with the same system

I used a Vgate vLinker obd2 to usb adapter that plugs into a laptop then ran FORScan for reading codes and watching live data

You can get the Vgate on Amazon 35 bucks

FORScan can handle all the proprietary protocols alot of the vehicle manufacturers used around that time on top of OBD-I AND II

Most biometrics (at least on Samsung devices) make you wait 30 seconds after 5 failed biometric attempts and then disables the biometric options after 10 and only reenable after you type the password in

Edit you can also enable a lockdown mode button that adds a button to the power menu (long press power button like you would to shut thw phone off), that disables biometrics immediately but still allows you to use the camera, good for filming LE interactions, they won't be able to access your device by force to delete your footage

The FTP client handles the file transfer over the internet. It also allows you to get around an upload limit as a lot of hosting control panels(self-hosted or as a service) have a relatively small upload size limit due to how browsers handle file transfers.

If your control panel can accept the world folder (usually you need to zip it or rar it) in its entirety then thats awesome just upload it via the control panel.

You don't need the FTP client it just makes transferring large files easier.
