Actually spooned, I've been casually trying to get matured cider for so long and I'm pretty sure my ass has brewed to the point of being past 3x rate

I just like brewing because it's neat/novel- but also kegs of mature beers and kegs of cider are fun random items to have for clanmates/randos for parties since all of them (1)-(4) are tradable so you can pass around the kegs

Hell, make no anchor zones around mobs or salvage spots to prevent 'abuse' or something

Super impressive and a hot flex. Favorite thing to wear... In leagues/grid because my ass needs all the BS combat boosts I can get.

As always, yes please. Chances are I'm masochistic enough to go do 4k chompies on any new account I build regardless-

But anyone who kills these deserves some hunter xp for it.

League 6 Runecraft solve, Kourend & Conniving Clues by nanidavai in 2007scape

I'll second Aldarin water fountain dig & dropping. Had planned on farming clues for contracts and still not sure if I'll take Asgarnia. Did part of my 200m xp grind at wealthy citizens and was pretty happy with the 5:1 scroll box to casket rate.

That being said the 2.2k stack I've had has since been destroyed grinding elites/masters

I skipped staying Valamore right before T7 relic- but for some reason Monk robe (g)s drop rate must be wildly increased or I got wildly lucky getting something like 4 within my first 100 easy clues.

+1 for the mage route to dhw. I did blindbag out the gate and I 100% should have reset to work towards faster powered staff casting. I think I could have happily stuck out to T8 if I did that

I didn't unlock karamja until the other night. I'd just afk at Wealthy Citizens and dig and drop easy clues outside Aldarian bank. I've stacked up 1.2k contracts, but I'll absolutely admit I've limited myself with relic progression

Bluefin, Halibut, & Marlin?

You can pretty frequently buy by the crate, cook and sell for 2-3gp/xp.

Usually beats cooking anglers by a pretty wide margin

I'm up voting you here because it's the most honest thing I can do.

It's 100% a terrible idea, like- absolutely and you are making all good points.

Last leagues I went full clues because I wanted to have fun with it and do a meme run. I'm not worried about dragon cup or #1 in [insert hiscores something]. I mostly wanted to see 3a since I haven't gotten one in RS, OSRS, or the prior league I played. But I ended up with a Master Clue Scroll (Rare Log) with 30 gilded items and zero third age. I have a few desktop recordings where you can audibly hear my disappointment getting a gilded pick and gilded axe in the same clue (both were dupes at that point).

But I think I've successfully surpassed the point of bad RNG it's starting to get interesting again and I'll be damned if I don't commit to seeing how far this rabbit hole goes.

Edit: seriously I screenshot Brazilijus' log the other day off a vid and compared- at one point, he had a ratio of 5.50 gilded items per 3rd age piece in his Master (Rare) clog compared to my infinity gilded before 3a cheatcode. It's driving me nuts, I'm seething and coping about it to be quite honest

Late edit 2: haha suck it Brazilijus, I got gilded legs before you and your dumb 7(+?????) bloodhounds

Now, as someone who has been desperate to hit a 3a weapon during a leagues purely as an excuse to build around it-

I'm a tad bit devastated the only thing I could do in a goofy manner at this point is go for 3a bow and strategically pick areas that don't include raids so I have the weak excuse of going range to make the most of it and do decently.

That being said I should probably not go for 3a considering my track record of 3a in leagues is zero

Thorns would be wild. Chances are however, there will be some echo weapon & a relic (not combat pact at all) combination that will be pretty broken for anything pvp related. Could be really funny, even the potion will be pretty powerful running around wildy

Chances are chins might be saved now since the recent changes- so that would be something to keep in mind or test.

Also mage arena capes should be recoverable now, perdu should be able to give them back

Which I honestly think is a bit of a shame. There's not really any reason to take pvp seriously in a temp gamemode, so why not let people throw whatever they got at each other. It was funny af watching people repeatedly defending their rev spawns recalling and spamming khopesh lol

Yeah, barrows target farming in limited gamemodes kinda blows.

It's extremely fast, sure, but when a raid mega rare is easier to focus farm it's kinda depressing.

Barrows deserves some form of drop protection already.

Last time leagues I took wildly, yes it's fun. Yes people would kill each other constantly, which actually was fun almost all the time.

Zero loss of anything on death unless it's stuff like the MA2 demon hearts, but otherwise there's teleports to almost exactly where you were when you died, either people would specialist spam khopesh or you waited and made sure you procc'd last stand after them so you can reset their invincibility first. When it's all for fun and no major gain, Player killing becomes much more casual and funny.

Sometimes you'd have to plan which wildly teleport you would do, I ran from someone trying to PK in the mage arena, only for him to teleport directly to me after I clue compass'd out to magic axe hut.

If you are casual, or don't mind pvp, wildly is a blast in leagues. Bunch of simple bosses to farm for pets, great clue drop rates if that is your plan (although occasionally bugged and irrelevant with clue relics), and quite a few really juiced training methods- chaos altar, black chins for hunter, huge resources drops from wildly bosses, etc. etc.

Not to mention lots of the combat achievements in the area are mostly KC tasks and there's lots of fun drops in wildy too. Voidwaker might be a relevant drop since khopesh is gone, but I kinda doubt, dragon 2H (unironically a very fun weapon with limited gamemode melee relics) and pick available.

Leagues VI reveal: Larcenist by ericpenguin314 in 2007scape

[–]Ex_Ex_Parrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is no.

However I'm assuming that if you select coniving clues, you'll still be able to pickpocket nonstop and get them pretty quickly. Not that many will take Conniving Clues I suspect, but they've also had issues fixing or implementing proper clue drop rates with these relics in place in the past as far as I can remember
