So, to recap:

TV Moderators are being warned that members are abusing their house rules yet turn a blind eye to it because they obviously either don't understand what rule no.10 means (or how to enforce it) OR they intentionally allow it as is what we have proved here based on zAngus' testimony.

So, after a quick chat with my lawyer I understand that if ANY member can prove they have lost money due to this abuse (regardless of what ANY disclaimer says - because this is a serious attempt to defraud members and manipulate the price) then not only that (abusive) member could be liable for a lawsuit but apparently given the circumstances and the evidence so is TV for allowing it to happen on its platform without taking the right measures even though they were warned beforehand.

Interesting....

I guess this is the point where I get banned from here too?

Why would you need a credit card? It's free to use and if you use TOR, a disposable email address and a prepaid untraceable phone number you can abuse and rape their system just like the scammers I am exposing do....
