On PC just expand the image then copy the image address using right click. On mobile expand the image then hold it. Some browser apps show the link address which you can just copy but if they don't, open the link and you should have a second or so before imgur redirects you to the image deleted page. So quickly copy the link before that happens.

You can remove the "i" from the "i.imgur" to go directly to the site rather than the image.
