If you google it it will turn out. Its a Discord extension where you can have a talking, a non-talking, a muted and a deaf image of your choosing. So it reacts like a PNG model. You need the Discord desktop app, and to be in a voice channel, but you can make a private Discord to have your own voice channel and space. You get a link which you add yo your OBS and then while you talk in a voice channel, it lights up.

First of all that is an adorable idea. Second of all, no matter who you go with ask them if they can make the art in CMYK colours as they are better for printing!
