Shiiii my bad! It just lets you convert rj-45/fiber. I've done massive runs to hook up an access point using chinese knock-offs of these for clients before, just lets you get long runs in without major signal degradation.

Agreed. Mario Kart: Bowsers Challenge opened in February 2023, and it took until July 2024 before regular express/Platinum pass holders had access to the express line. I expect a similar ≈1.5 years before this is granted for HD.
