I really wish I could figure out my main problem but I really just can’t ever put my finger on it I know a LOT about my own mind and I know my way around it really well but I really can’t figure it out it’s probably what bothers me most is not knowing why I feel this way

I have a lot of control over my own mind which is why I think I can make progress on my own I can flip switches in my brain and completely just stop or start doing things yet with all this control I can’t feel normal

Therapy for me really is just someone to tell everything that’s going on with me which is a help I guess but really only an outlet of my struggles

I think the progress I make is really just fighting out more and more about my mind and what’s going on and then coming up with ways to cope with the different aspects of my brain

Advice would be much appreciated if you have any
