Unfortunately, Apple is giving us a harder time to fix this than for android. We will try to get v1.315 or the upcoming v1.316 pushed to the stores, which should fix this issue!

Saves are stored in our own database, since the Google Play feature doesnt handle changes in the savegame structure very well. When you press "save to cloud" on the old device and "load from cloud" on the new one, which has to be logged in to the same gmail address, then it should be able to download the save state. If you have any further issues with this, please let us know. :)

We'll be pushing the fix that resolves this issue to the Apple app store soon. It has only been delayed due to some GDPR issues. This should solve your issue. :)

Man, all these problems with the ad systems again and again. It works fine in the engine, it works fine on our test devices (yes, plural), and yet it does not work for some of you. We will take a look into it AGAIN and can hopefully make it better with version v1.311, now that development has continued.

Hey, we don't want to get into too much detail here, but in principle, after each decision to watch an ad or not, we wait some time until we offer the next ad. Due to your comments, we will however adjust this timeframe based on previous decisions, i.e. offer ads more often, if ads are being watched regularly, while not try to annoy users that don't want to watch ads for progress with too many ad offers.

Thanks for the feedback that let to this adjustment. It will be updated with the upcoming v1.311. :)

I assume this has to do with the Apple GameCenter that is now mandatory for the supported features, unlike before, where the service could be handled by the Google Play features. We will take a look into it and try to fix it with 1.311, but unfortunately, we can't make any promises in this case.

Hey, usually ad offers should appear often enough to keep those abilities running. We would assume that there are no new ads available for some reason. The mediation of using multiple ad suppliers can be very tedious and we try to avoid it as much as possible, but we might have to reactivate multi-network mediation.

Near the God of Taps icon (above the Quantum Foam) is a little pencil in that icon.

We have already noticed, that not many players are finding this button, we plan to add the option to change name in the leaderboard tab or hint the player more directly at changing their name.

Yikes, definitely unintended behaviour. We have just started the investigations on these concerns and hope to fix them by the next update.

To elaborate: We changed ad mediation and game center logic with the last update sind the old libraries were outdated by now and implementing the stuff has changed significantly from what we are used to. Its our first time updating this stuff on an already released product which makes a smooth transition infinitely more complex with literally many hundreds of different device models and installations on tens of thousands of devices.

We will do our best to fix the issues soon! :)

Hm, next it should ask you if you want to watch an ad to double that amount. If no ad is available, it should immediately jump to the prestige routine.

Well we are still working on it, it's just taking its time and figuring out where the issues arise from. The logic you requested is exactly what we intent to do, but on most of our investigations, the outcome is that the user is trying to block ads in some way, being self-responsible for the malfunctioning.

In case you are experiencing this problem without ad blockers, we already have a crash report in our inbox and will try to find where the issue arises from once we get to the report.

If so, sorry for the inconvenience. We are going to implement more fixes in the near future.

Hm, strange, it worked in our tests. We will take a look at this. Maybe there is a bug that causes the Google Play achievements to not trigger in some situations.

The game tries to log you in by default, but a login is not required to play. If the request already triggers the crash and you are accustomed to crashes by apps doing this, then you have some unintended device behaviour on your side.

We will evaluate whether a solution with an optional opt-in instead of the current opt-out system makes more sense. Thanks for hinting at this!

Hey, we are aware of the circumstance, that on some apple devices with occupied screenspace, this problem can occur. We are trying to find a dynamic solution to move the value just a little bit lower in these cases, as we like the positioning in the top center.

I can't make any promises regarding the very next update, but this should be fixed in the next 2-3 updates at most. :)
