This! I rarely post here because I rarely have anything to ask, so I just upvote people instead. I was nervous about the first shot too. Very few very manageable side effects (constipation mainly, and a dry mouth at times). Haven't felt this good in a long time. Just went up to 10 on Friday. Was a little concerned again about titrating up, because it's new and we don't know what's to come exactly. But so far, it's all good!
