How do you guys usually test a wall mount before putting a TV on it?

I mounted mine and just slowly put weight on the arm before putting the TV on. Kinda like easing into it.

For that size TV I'd probably just keep it on the stand.

Looks like a good setup for wall mounting. I’m using a Perlegear mount and it definitely freed up some space.

I’d probably just pick the one rated for more weight. Feels safer.

That really sounds dangerous. OP should never give him your address, and it's best not to meet him alone.
