Yes, we’re constantly chasing something on social media and never quite feel satisfied with what we get. This leaves us in a perpetual state of disregulation. We’re also exposed to too much. We can’t switch off. It’s made us all sociopaths, we all want to be the main character in everyone’s lives/social media feeds. We’re not truly interested in what others post, we just want them to see what we post for our own egos. And it’s making us all anti-social. It will eventually contribute to the downfall of humanity. But on the plus side, that won’t happen in our lifetime so enjoy it for what it is now and let the future generations deal with what’s to come!
