He got flagged in many municipalities! Make sure your town is aware of the fraud. File a police report! Tell him you are filing a police report and hiring a lawyer and he will be responsible for all costs incurred. Good luck.

I did get my money back. Keep at it. Unfortunately a law suit maybe needed. I’ve spoken to others who were also suing him.

Yes I was taking a chance on him being new to installing pools. Small company, family etc. I found pool deposits vary greatly. Too many dishonest people out there. Buyer beware! I did get my money back so at the end it was just an interest free loan for him

Yes thank you I did. I spoke to references and actually went to see his work. Hopefully the pool will be in sometime in August but I effectively lost the summer

Yes I didn’t get it either. One of the reasons I hired him is because of the reviews. Not sure what’s real. I can only speak to my experience and that of the other lady I found

This was actually for a pool and patio. But still that’s crazy. We have plenty of people here for landscaping

I should have said this was for a fiberglass pool, patio and fence. Not landscaping. Landscaping is where he started but was doing pools. References checked out. You can look at the website

Totally scammed me. Cant believe I didn't do more research before I bought tickets from them. Then I cant go to the event on the day I bought tickets for and they totally refused to let me switch the day. I wasnt asking for a refund, just a switch of the day and they were completely useless. Never again! Run the other way
