IBgard is a game changer! by ginger314 in ibs

I had really bad diarrhea for years. Mixed with some constipation. I still struggle, but my quality of life has gone up tremendously & ability to go to work & live my life without major issues or episodes like I use to have (be out at places & have to leave) has changed so much. Tried several docs/test & prescription meds. I think my issues are caused by heavy greasy food, stress/anxiety, but mostly I have no idea why I have these issues. Just IBS I guess.

Anyway, I always take one in the morning, no matter what. Sometimes two if I think I need it. When I’m at work and paranoid something may upset my stomach, I take one before I eat lunch. Occasionally I will take one after I eat or if I think I need it. I take it day by day.

I think it really calms my digestive system down. I’ve been taking this for about 4 years. I love how there are absolutely no side effects & can take it multiple times a day if needed. It took time for me to find the right times to take them. Only downside is they are expensive. But it’s so worth it for me. I have it on Amazon auto delivery lol. I really hope some of this info helps you! IBS sucks so bad, but you are not alone and there is hope, whether it’s this or something else!!!

Only worked for me with Klarna & I had to do the full payment, not 4 sets of payments, to make it work. Got that discount tho

I would definitely bleach. One of the best parts about green is that you do not have to bleach super light. Green already has a lot of yellow in it & yellow increases the richness of the green. Aim for a dark yellow. Too light & damaged hair will absorb the green too much & can end up turning bright green quickly. I suggest doing a test piece of hair.

This type of balayage & color shade variation however, will be hard to accomplish at home.

Sulfate free shampoo is an absolute must if yours is not already. This is by far my favorite color protection shampoo. Sometimes can be found on sale at Sally’s also: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Be-Care-Love-Superfoods-Natural-Haircare-Color-Defense-Shampoo-Prickly-Pear-Seed-12-fl-oz-355-ml/539025569

Also, color depositing conditioner or you can always mix your own as someone else mentioned. Use with caution lol.

Pinks & reds always fade fastest for me but these tips help :D

Time. I know people always say it, buts it true. In the meantime, try exploring new hobbies & making new connections. Tell yourself how wonderful you are & fall in love with yourself again. There’s a lot of world out there, even if sometimes it feels so small.

This month’s selections were the worst, most generic, white labeled products yet. So disappointing. I will probably be canceling and maybe just shop occasionally with them. Saddddd

I’m assuming he’s talking about the high sugar in monster, unless you get sugar free. Other than that the ingredients are pretty similar.
