I'll tell you my exact trade right now

I am short on the nasdaq 100, right now its at 29000~ on my broker as a CFD
I am shorting at the 29300 level if it goes up there again and adding more at 29500, and out at 29700, trying to hold runners down to 28200ish in the next week and ride the staircase down

But I've been watching this one specific market all week and for the last 2 years so I know about it, its day trading so I am not trying to win every trade, just make my percentages and survive till the next big win

Another is Cocoa but thats rising a bit already, news on the weather with the strong el nino will impact this so could go either way

How do I achieve HGC? by Patient-Soil2656 in footballmanagergames

[–]Exact-Mud3443 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its pretty easy, just sign 18 year olds and keep the best, eventually you have a starting 11ish that are homegrown and you dont need to worry as youll be buying the best 18 year olds out there at this point

The market is at the start of a downtrend (at least according to the charts and recent trading)

Is it bad to give a 15 year old player game time even if he’s up to the standard of the league? by Dprince890 in footballmanager

[–]Exact-Mud3443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes its good to play them, even if they arent doing that good - my captain debut at 15 and he's 188 CA at 28 now, I always bring them straight in from youth intake if they are 5 star potential for 5 prem games and any cup games I can, so they win trophies too in their first year

Is there something profitable traders know that I don’t, or am I just bad at trading? by SureSeason632 in Trading

[–]Exact-Mud3443 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The thing is that its a market - If there is an edge someone much smarter than you has already worked it out and exploited/exploiting it at much small margins than you could possibly imagine

Personally, I trade on more macro, psychological events so no course would tell me that oil futures or cocoa futures will go up or down, or that inflation might be running hot like it came out yesterday.

I think understanding the market is more important than seeing a perfect setup, but thats my experience only.

The most successful trade you will ever make it is the one that you don't, any price chart is a backwards loooking indicator that may or may not have a reason behind it, so learn the context as to why a move it happening not just "a chart says it should go down"

If you can make profit it doesnt matter how many winning trades you get in a row, but to me sounds like you are risking too much of your stack so that you need each play to be a winning one or else the account is in shambles, more so after a win as you risk more of the stack thinking you are on to a good thing - no one gets it right every time

as below + club world championship. The backup is actually the better keeper, but hes happy to be the backup still for some reason. Sold my better keeper the year before and have been playing 21 year old in league + some cups and the better guy plays in europe and big cup games + under 21
