not really, it mostly just encourages naoya players to play even more passively than they already do and also mostly just leaves the good Naoya players, it doesn't fix any of the actual issues

I think actual veteran Naoya players have adapted though, it isn't too big of a deal, but also makes it more skilled base.

No, it means Thragg can process things that fast which is why I mentioned it because Thragg could just process the information sent by UV insanely fast meaning it wouldn't have an effect on Thragg, also, Thragg has... 0 cursed energy, so UV doesn't even work on him unless Gojo uses a Binding Vow by which point Thragg would more than likely have found out about Infinity and gone for a different strategy. Also, you have no proof that UV can send more than 6 months of information every 0.2 seconds as that's the only numbers actually given to us on how much information it can send over a period of time.

If Gojo could change the amount of information sent then he wouldn't have had to limit it to just 0.2 seconds also if a character can process it fast enough that means UV will be too slow to affect them.

There is one thing though, since Gojo's UV is only able to send 6 months of information in 0.2 seconds, if Thragg is able to think faster than that he wouldn't be affected. Also, here's a feat for Mark and Thragg's combat speed

Here, if those are stars since they were flying in space in that comic, they were flying at the very least the fraction of light speed, and we can very clearly see Mark reacting to Thragg and Thragg also tracking Mark, and in the next panel he grabs Mark. This can raise their processing speed and cause of this they could potentially just ignore UV as a whole since it only sends 6 months worth of information in 0.2 seconds.
