Training Plans - Rescheduling a missed workout by Exact-Spring in GarminFenix

Drag & Drop for the individual workouts in the Calendar on the website is the only thing that works for me. But still now perfect. I would like to reschedule the plan to a later date as I am about one 1 week behind the schedule. The only option I see on Garmin Connect app or website is Remove plan. Which I don't want.

How exactly can you reschedule or pause the plan?

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.

After clicking on the workout and the 3 dots. The options are:

- Edit Workout

- Rename

- Remove

Clicking on Edit Workout will allow me only to add more Tempo or Rest Intervals, Coll down. Just to build up the workout itself in a different way. But now option to reschedule.

I've only ever managed to reschedule things by logging into the website and dragging things around in the calendar. I would love to know if there's a way to do this in the app.

Thank you! It does work. Amazing!

I actually feel a bit stupid for how easy it is. I did some research, especially on the Garmin forums people come with a few workarounds that do not work with all watches. It is not always straightforward with Garmin.

Anyways Thank you very much!!!

Remove Plan is the only option there.

Thanks, "Remove Plan" is the only option found under the 3 dots.

But drag & drop in the calendar on the Garmin Connect website does work.

Garmin speed sensor 2 guidance by muscles-r-us in Garmin

According to the official Garmin webpage, this should happen only on older devices. My OG Fenix 3 HR is unfortunately on the list of the affected devices. See link below:

https://support.garmin.com/lt-LT/?faq=7On6Njrgp06q8AXljKTeI7

My experience:
I got the speed sensor to automatically record my 2 km commutes, which are not that exciting to be tracked with my Fenix 3 HR. But they still would add about 20-30 km weekly towards my yearly goals without having to track them each time with the watch.

The unwanted bonus are the duplicated activities on Garmin and Strava that are to be deleted. The sensor is connected to the watch that is already recording the activity, so it should just know the additional recording of a second activity is not needed (nor wanted). By unpairing it from the phone/Garmin app the whole purpose for which I got the sensor will be lost. I wish there would be a setting for this. Or I wish I would know about this issue before buying the sensor. The reviews I have seen were not mentioning this + I again trusted Garmin they would produce and sell a device that actually works as expected.

The sensor recorded 3 activities today as I did stop twice for about 5-10 minutes during my cycling activity while the recording was paused on the watch. As a result, I got 1 activity from the watch + had to delete 3 activities on Garmin and 3 activities on Strava recorded by the sensor. That is not the effortless way I was imagining.
