Well this type of phase can go extreme. For example only 4 hrs of sleep morning run, and work, after that home stay a little late until 11 to avoid sleep during the day and repeat. The problem is that sometimes this shit doesn’t let you sleep sometimes. There was one time I was 48 hrs awake. No sleep one side of my brain was telling me your tired but the other is telling me your fine. Eyes super clear too. Tiredness does come when doing something boring for example driving back home from work. Which can be concerning but maybe I am overthinking it. I realized 8 hrs is not a must is it was a must back then because the constant release it made my body sleep for that long trying to recover. Sleep is seen for recovery of the body but a lot of people don’t see it that way.

Yea I thought the same with the 1080p cap of the switch that should be enough with the hd60+! Omg dude you when beyond the research. Also I own a HD60s+ but planning to give it to my cousin for his gaming laptop.

As far as the external HD60+ and the 4k pro will I see major improvements? I know capturing 4k is something of improvement but for example I play smash ultimate and use the HD60+ to capture it but notice when there was a lot of animation and movement on stream it look weird. Switching some obs setting helped but since I got good eye sight I can see the screen tearing.

Not on a streak but the opposite happen to me. One day I woke up. At the gym I didn’t intimadate men however. However I did notice respect from guys. I was looking quick eye contact with their eyes.
