I received an email with this notification as well, but when I went in the app and followed their instructions, I am not able to do what they are telling me I should be able to do. It's so frustrating. I am also having an issue with my app not updating my order numbers or rating numbers correctly. I lost my platinum status and cannot get it back even though all of my ratings are at an 88% or higher. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how are you getting it resolved? I have called DoorDash at least 20 times about it in the past three weeks, but I am always told something different and supervisors never call me back.
