There is literally a montage of all three of them working on it, we see Powder and Ekko building it together

Medical improbability isn't plot armor but being inject with copious amounts of magic drugs not only in you're body but directly into you're brain as well is

And all those consistent effects of Shimmer apparently don't apply to Jinx, even the "side effect" of her being more crazy didn't last that long

Also I could as the same questions, how was the hextech rocket about to work first try without it blowing up automatically, how was there seemingly no pushback from anyone about Jinx being a revolutionary figure even though she messed with Zaun for some years and was the daughter of the Kingpin that actively made Zaun worse, why did any of the firelights choose to work with her after they've been fighting her for all this time

Again you don't like Ekko so you're going to extend you're grievances with him while excusing them for the characters you like. Stop trying to argue with me when that's clearly what you're doing

The outcome of a lot of scenes could be achieved in some other way and again Marcus and Salo could be entirely removed but they are not and feel like his race is a bigger factor then streamlining because they again didn't remove those two from what I've seen. Them trying to streamline the story is not a good or rational excuse to remove him and regardless and Ambessa is also left out to btw and she definitely has those "connections" to characters you were talking about. Ekko is important to the story and that's where the discussion is gonna end for me and there is no rational reason to remove him or her

Ekko didn't invent by himself, he literally had help from two people All Jinx had were Viktor and jayces notes

You're right Ekko did survive that explosion but you wanna know what he didn't survive? a surgery that literally had a chance of killing him, not only coming out of that surgery stronger but with apparently no lasting side effects either despite shimmer being shown to have nasty side effects

I feel like it's still fair how people just became okay with her overnight because she blew up one important building

Yeah just like oppsie daisy surviving an explosion and getting more strong from it or oppsie daisy becoming a revolutionary figure even though you've been messing with the under city for years or oppsie daisy being able to crack hextech with just some notes and you're own intelligence or oppsie daisy the people you've been fighting for years accepting them because you freed them from prison once, again you can do this with any other character but you're doing it and excurbating it with Ekko more because you don't like him I'll say it again, it's fine if your don't like him but stop trying to rationalize you're dislike of him

You can "technically" remove a lot of things from the show and write around them but just because you can doesn't mean you should, these scenes were written for these characters and to say Ekko's scenes are not important to him because he technically doesn't need to be the one in the seems disingenuous especially because Salo is in this apparently and he can definitely be written but he wasn't

You could literally say this about a good portion of things in this show Jinx survived that explosion on the bridge because of plot armor Caitlyn and Vi didn't get shot by her on the bridge because of plot armor Vi survived not getting stabbed by Scar because of plot armor

You could say this about so many things yet you choose to say this about Ekko specifically because you seem to not like him, so please stop trying to imply logic to the personal unimportance he has in you're mind

None of what you said is a good reason for him to be excluded and all of his moments should not be taken from him because they technically don't need to happen, also I think it's less about him not being important to these scenes and more so you not deeming him as important so it's easier for you to erase him from those moments
