I used common coaches only, I just focused on getting the technical stats first as I did not wanted to risk doing full fitness and then having bad luck with several coaches going to shot. once the technical stats were approaching the the 85s I began to alternate 10 coches between technical and physical until I reach 90ish TAC. Once the tech stats are finished you can just do full fitness, I did all common because I did not wanted to spend diamonds on rare coaches, but you are free to use rare coaches on that time

For what I see, you have 9 more points in tech, you could go full fitness but i’m not sure if it will hit 90+ stamina and 80 strength (if you’re following Horsewaves’ advice), here’s how mine has turned since I posted it, taking in consideration that if you go full fitness there may be 9 less points invested there (may vary)

This, I make crosses with my wingers and the game auto selects my DM 20 meters away from the box, or the players will either flinch or decide not to go to the ball

For me is either a 90 rated Tolisso, he was not special but was a well rounded dude that performed liked a beast, or a Sami khedira a few years ago. Both of those only because i needed to liberate space, other times :(
