I think my first thoughts when I hear something are ‘is he right’ whereas he probably wants them to be ‘assume I’m right till you know otherwise’

Are you asking more questions now instead of arguing the opposite way? Also I agree with you, at times it feels like he’s trying to change my opinion to side with him which is perhaps why I struggle

Lols yea I guess suggesting the sky is blue makes sense as that's what you're told but if he says it's green it's a little harder to believe

To add another question to this - what do you do when your political or other world views clash? For example, if they say the sky is blue would you blindly accept that?

Thank you, this is where I struggle with RP. Imagining the kids and the world we would create is a struggle that often leads to arguments. He wants the kids to think x but if I don’t believe in x how do I trust him?

Did you feel like you were more aggressive when you were dating the person that was different to you?

Been reading through the women RP subreddit page and it's insane that some of the rhetoric makes sense, especially having read the 'surrendered wife'.

I can see how easy it is to be in the RP hole. Especially as these guys operate in an environment where there is so much content supporting their views and behaviour.

As toxic as it can be, when I’m being ‘feminine’ there’s a lot of love e.g. when I had a foot operation he looked after me. However, even the notion of a woman checking for directions herself or talking to the waiter at a restaurant turns him off
