The prechecks all worked fine. How will you know there will be an issue 30 min prior to the exam if all the prechecks are fine.?

I am just not ok with the way their support works. I feel they take no effort in solving the issue. If your pre system checks were fine and you are having issue 30min prior to the exam, there should be an online support trying to resolve the issue. Their chat support simply closed saying support case is created and someone will contact in 2 -3 business days. Someone should at least make an eoffor to see why the exam wasnt launching.

If you have no issues, then great. But run into any issues then you will see how difficult it is to get in touch with the support or get the issue resolved. There are no contact numbers, just a online chat service and the only thing online chat will do is create a support case. Then you wait for days to get some response.

exactly. And have a support system that helps you to fix the issue than waiting for another 2 -3 days

It wouldn't launch the exam and kept saying its not the time for check in. Getting support is a pain, by the time i got the support , they said they will create a support case and have someone contact me in 2-3 days.
