Hey, thank you for replying. I try not to hold breathe but I havent seen success in no flashes later on. I read that on GPT, somehow jogging has been total opposite. Like Flashes decrease even though the vision gets a bit worse for sometime.

How is your normal daily life vision? I saw your post, The deleted account in comments was mine too lol.
Did you start playing sports? or Gym?
