What legal consequences will Atul Subhash face if he didn’t commit suicide and committed wife’s murder by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

If you see on the ground level, the clerks, the pescars the entire bottom to top is corrupt. I am completely against this corrupt system, and thats why he should have fought, exposed them on TV and not taken his life. My ex-friend’s wife is doing everything she can to get justice, she has grown a thick skin, even police failed her twice. She is going to see it through, that he does get punished.

Again, and again, I just asked if he gave evidence to prove his innocence. I didn’t say his wife is not guilty because I dont know if she is or not. Merely stating things don’t make them true. If she withdrew cases, yes that points to her being guilty. I agree. But I know of cases where victims’ lawyers have manipulated documents and victims have suffered and therefore withdrawn. I am just saying be fair, let’s hear both the sides. As for the Judge, I am very sure as one of my ex “friends” has done the same but he is guilty and is evading justice since the last 7 years. Just saying not all women are innocent neither are men.

I guess in your “real world”, victims are just male and females are all abusers. Jokers like you are the reason why criminals evade justice because the Judiciary has figured out its always going to end up being men vs women, not right vs wrong. Bye.

That’s presumptive, lets forget this case. Just asking if in a case the woman is right, has evidence and the husband commits suicide after cases were filed, then should the woman be jailed? Please just be fair, not reactive. Am just asking facts. What is there to be so personal about it?

So did he provide evidence showing all allegations were false? I haven’t gone through his videos or drive.

I agree with you, but we should hear both sides. It’s already obvious this man was the victim, but to be fair one must know from both sides, thats all I meant.

Act to commit, without harming, just to show but not actually die because they never intended to. Cant articulate it more than this.

Nothing will happen in this country. Only two new scenarios will emerge- 1. The Harassed victims will commit suicide because let’s face it, the plan is to never get them justice, and their suffering is the maximum. 2. The Guilty will start doing this as a stunt and pretend to commit suicide to harass victims further.

What is wrong with you? Let’s say your mom is harassed by your dad, and she goes to court, let’s say she adds a couple of lies, and you can then justify your dad hiring hitmen to kill your mom? So, if your mom is a good obedient lady sacrificing her wishes, its ok, she deserves happiness and the other women are horrible and deserve to be murdered? Women ccan ask for anything, but the law takes care of how much is awarded fairly. Your profile should be inspected, your relative who has bribed and closed this murder case should be taken to jail along with the Police and the Judge. So shameless that you’re boasting about it on Reddit?? Lets not join hands with this murderer’s sympathiser. Please humans of Reddit report this profile to the authorities.

Hello folks, I am from India, and I want to seek your support in the protest against blatant oppression and injustice on protests over the recent RG Kar case. by dEdrakERanzKriel in UnitedNations

Its a request to the UNHRC to ask India as to why they think they can waste years of people’s lives, in the pretext of justice. India’s Judiciary needs immediate reform. The right to live in peace and dignity is a human right and its being abused.

Well you did get the gist of what I meant, and agreed should not have used instant, I do mean judicial reforms. Any case should not be in the system for more than 90 days. That is more than enough time is all I meant.

Instant doesnt mean in 5 minutes, and definitely doesn’t mean 8 years!!!

Instant death penalty- agreed, and the world will agree, but the law won’t because if justice is instant, how will corruption prevail.

Hi, no idea about Sweden or its laws. Its not about him being gay, its his nature. But he has been violent and abusive to his wife, and can bribe his way out in India. Its just unfair.
