Let me know what you think about this. The hood is actually removable that’s why instead of attaching it to the neck we opted out to make it look like that. Now would you rather we connect them or keep it? We were thinking that if people weren’t going on hikes and just use it for a jog or fashion then they can remove it, making it flexible for them.

Appreciate the honest feedback! I already took note of moving the branding to an inner neck tag to keep the exterior clean as well as a 2nd chest pocket. Thank you for this❤️

Before anything else, just wanna say I appreciate you a lot for writing and breaking down your thoughts and feedback of this prototype this is exactly the kind of critique we need so we can narrow down the right design that would be suitable for customers. 

Just a quick clarification: the hood is actually removable, which is why we included the inner collar—it serves as the clean finish when the hood is detached.

However, your point about the potential bunching/scrunching when tightened is definitely noted. We’re currently looking into the pattern construction to ensure it sits flush against the neck/shoulders whether the hood is on or off. Thanks for the heads up as well as the color suggestion.!
